Ages / Abilities / Skills:

  • Ages:  6-12
  • Ability:  open to any and all levels and abilities, beginner to advanced  
  • Participants will learn and improve their technical skills (dribbling, passing, receiving, finishing, heading) and understanding of the game in an enthusiastic, positive setting.
  • Specific goalkeeping instruction is available.

Time / Date / Location / Cost:

  • Times:  9:00 am - 12:00pm
  • Day Academy I Dates:  June 11 - June 14 (4 days)
  • Day Academy II Dates:  July 9 - July 12 (4 days)
  • Location:  ELR Stadium and Recreational Fields on U of M's St. Paul campus
  • Cost: $165, every camper receives a SoccerChamp t-shirt

What to bring:

  • Every camper must bring own ball
  • Grass cleats and tennis/indoor shoes
  • Shin guards
  • Water bottle

8:00-9:00am - Registration (1st day only)

9:00am - Academy demonstration

9:30am - SoccerChamp Individual Skill Development

10:15am - SoccerChamp Tactical Development

11:15am - Small Sided Games

Noon - Daily Award Ceremony

Ages / Abilities / Skills:

  • Ages: 12-18
  • Ability: open to any and all levels and abilities, beginner to advanced
  • Participants will learn and improve their technical skills (dribbling, passing, receiving, finishing, heading) and understanding of the game in an enthusiastic, positive setting.  While we help each participant progress at her own pace, we also foster a competitive training environment.  This is one of the cornerstones of SoccerChamp Academy philosophy.
  • Specific goalkeeping instruction is available. 

Time / Date / Location / Cost:

  • Residential Academy I Dates: June 17 - June 20 (4 days, 3 nights)
  • Residential Academy II Dates: July 15 - July 18 (4 days, 3 nights)
  • Location: ELR Soccer Stadium & Bailey Hall, U of M St. Paul Campus
  • Resident Cost: $425, every camper receives a SoccerChamp t-shirt 
  • Commuter Cost: $325, every camper receives a SoccerChamp t-shirt 

What to bring:

The University of Minnesota Soccer Camp will provide linens and towels for each camper.  Dorm rooms will be air conditioned.  Campers need to bring:

  • Every camper must bring own ball
  • Shorts, t-shirts (no tank tops please), soccer socks
  • Grass cleats, indoor/turf shoes, running shoes
  • Soccer ball, shin guards, water bottle and bag for gear
  • Extra spending money for pizza, snacks, SoccerChamp gear, etc. (Optional)
  • Snacks (Optional)

3:00pm- Welcome for campers & parents

3:30pm - MN Soccer Individual Skill Development & Small-sided Games 

5:00pm - Dinner

6:30pm - 11v11 Tournament Play

9:15pm - SoccerChamp Leadership seminar

10:30pm - Lights out

7:00am - Wake Up

7:30am - Breakfast

9:00am - Academy demonstration

9:30am - SoccerChamp Individual Skill Development

10:15am - SoccerChamp Tactical Development
